Contact Us

Because of heavy travel and meeting schedules, the most effective way to contact us is by email. For the present, please direct your questions, comments and information to
Gerry Allan:

gerryallan@anametrica.com

If you prefer phone contact, please call me at:

(413) 429-43771

You are likely to have to leave a voicemail message, but we will return your calls as quickly as possible.

For clients with active projects: At project start-up, you should have been given a list of project team members with detailed contact information. If you do not have such a list, please let me know.

Privacy and Security

Because we routinely work with extremely sensitive data and information, we have a strict policy of not sharing anything that we receive from clients without explicit authorization from the client.

We do not store any client data or information outside of our internal systems unless it is in strongly encrypted format.

Because our consulting teams are generally independent consultants and firms, there may be some minor differences in the handling of client information. The team leader, however, usually sets down specific policies and procedures governing the handling of client data and information, as well as analyses that the team may generate.

Please request a specific Privacy & Security Statement for your project if the basic policies outlined above are not sufficient.

1 Please note that this is our new number effective June 1, 2010. The previous number, 413-644-9355, is no longer in service.

Contact Us

Being Virtual

We encourage our clients to contact any team member they wish, rather than try to establish a single point of contact for each project.

This arrangement seems to work best since we work mainly as small teams of high-level specialists. Our team members are typically located wherever their work takes them, so coordination and frequent communications are second nature to us all.

Coordination is a primary requirement in any virtual company. You have to be really effective at this to succeed. We devote a great deal of time and effort to ensuring that each team is fully informed at all times.

Another consequence of being virtual is that each of us is frequently in meetings or traveling where taking phone calls is difficult. We try to use voicemail and email as much as possible and to return calls as work situations permit.
